I ran into a problem placing an order because of a ridiculous North Carolina prohibition against mailing items requiring a prescription and the customer service agent who help me (and I failed to get her name) was exceptionally helpful and friendly. She figured out how to break up the order so none of it required a prescription and was able to ship it to my home. She was a real pleasure to work with!
