I went into this process completely lost. I've never used a CPAP and basically needed my hand held. Daryl was VERY helpful, he walked me through the whole process, knew the answers to every question I had, and was very helpful in general. I would highly recommend CPAP.com, they made this process very easy.

Erica was great. I had some confusion on what machine to order based on my prescription. She helped me find a machine that was appropriate and that was in stock. She also made sure my machine shipped the same day

I recently had to have my CPAP machine replaced on a Sat. I called CPAP.com and spoke with Daryl C. He was great to work with and attentive. He found my information in their system, helped me select the correct replacement products, and gave me options. He checked to ensure that everything I needed was present in the shipment, answered questions, and pointed out where equipment I already had could continue its use with the new machine.
