I experienced very efficient service when ordering my CPAP and mask. The units I wanted were in stock and shipped the day I placed the order. When I discovered that I did not like the mask I had ordered, the customer service representative, Lewis, promptly gave me a credit and ordered a different mask for me. Everyone I dealt with at CPAP.com was pleasant and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone looking for this type of equipment.

We had a situation in which our CPAP machine was mishandled by ***** and the process of retrieving the machine was quite frustrating. I texted with Erica at CPAP.com just this morning about replacement parts for my ***** *******machine. I needed to get my prescription refilled as I needed a new nasal pillow mask. She collected my Dr’s information and placed the request within minutes, and had me call the Dr’s office to confirm. Erica was on top of the entire situation, and extremely quick with all of her responses. It was a pleasure to work with her!
