I was just on the CPAP.com website, chatting with Erica. She was so helpful. I am stressed about having to buy a substitute for the Phillips Dreamstation machine that was recalled, and had just made a purchase of a new alternate, when I discovered it was being shipped to my old address! She corrected it for me, and made the additional purchase of a heated hose ship at no charge. I can't thank her enough for fixing my mistakes.
I couldn't be happier with the experience. They answered all my questions and had everything I needed in stock, which was nice because due to the recalls my local suppliers were short on machines. Erica was knowledgeable and was a pleasure to speak with. I received my order next day. I'll be using them again.
