IVA was great & most helpful. I have a 10-12 year old HDM Z1 machine, which I haven''t used in 2 years. I traveled yesterday & found that my machine didn't work. It stated "Fault" & the pressures were jumping around & wouldn't stay at the 4.0 setting I like. When an item from a previous cart that was not purchased wound up in a new order anyway, I was able to arrange a return of the item without fuss and with the restocking fee waived. During prep for return, I noticed that I would have to pay to have an item I didn't order returned. A quick chat with Zachary using chat support solved that with a prepaid USPS label. Great prices on great products combined with great service = a GREAT company!
They were amazing considering everything, CPAP are in such demand and with in 6 hours of having CPAP in stock they had it on back order. was able to finds it on another commentators site and they had no issued canceling my order. I did go back and order some supplies as customer service was awesome
