With the pandemic going on and recalls on popular Cpap machines, there was no way I could have gotten my machine, without the help of cpap.com I received my resmed airsense 10 auto through this website with fast ***** shipping. karla over at cpap.com customer service went above and beyond to help me get my 1st machine ever. I was recently diagnosed with obstructive sleep apnea and tried to find a machine within 50 miles of my town and had no luck in finding one due to recalls and no one taking on new customers at the moment.... read more

Great company !! I dealt with Daryll when placing my order for a new machine . He was very helpful and spent all the time I needed choosing the rider equipment. IVA was great & most helpful. I have a 10-12 year old HDM Z1 machine, which I haven''t used in 2 years. I traveled yesterday & found that my machine didn't work. It stated "Fault" & the pressures were jumping around & wouldn't stay at the 4.0 setting I like. I spoke with 2 other CPAP machine companies, and each were unresponsive & said I need to buy a new CPAP.commachine for over $500. When I called CPAP.com I fortunately got IVA. When an item from a previous cart that was not purchased wound up in a new order anyway, I was able to arrange a return of the item without fuss and with the restocking fee waived. During prep for return, I noticed that I would have to pay to have an item I didn't order returned. A quick chat with Zachary using chat support solved that with a prepaid USPS label. Great prices on great products combined with great service = a GREAT company!

They were amazing considering everything, CPAP are in such demand and with in 6 hours of having CPAP in stock they had it on back order. was able to finds it on another commentators site and they had no issued canceling my order. I did go back and order some supplies as customer service was awesome
