I’ve used CPAP.com for years. The experience has always been great! Today was my first time using the text help feature and Zachary was who helped me. Again, great experience. CPAP.com is always consistent with there service. Adding a text help is a extremely helpful addition to their customer services.
I had questions about an order I had made for an Air Mini CPAP machine. The feel of the mask was different than I had been used to, so I ordered a different mask, but was curious if I could use my current tubing. I "chatted" with Zachary. He advised me that the mask I had just ordered could not be used with the Air Mini. He got that order cancelled and helped me find another one that would fit, and checked my order to be sure I had ordered what I need. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient. Great service.
