She repeated the name of the product I was ordering. to make sure the right product was being chosen She made sure the my name and address was correct by repeating the information I gave her. Been a person with sleep disorder issues and using C-PAP.com has been a very special place for me. Their associates, like Brandy, are highly knowledgeable about the equipment they sell and their return policy!!! My wife's CPAP machine was not working properly, and we were in desperate need of getting a machine quickly. I was unsure of how quickly the machine would arrive, and how it long it would take to have the prescription approved.
