Prior to speaking with Daryl this afternoon, I was prepared with a list of supplies I needed for a new cpap machine. As I placed my order Daryl was informative and helpful as we briefly discussed each item. He let me know that my mask and hose were interchangeable which was an immense relief to me. My Original Cpap DreamStation machine, that I purchased through a Medical Device company, was recalled in 2021. I went online to Cpap.com which I have bought from before on 22 Sep 2021. I found a machine to purchase due to no cpap machine for two weeks. I had difficulty sending my prescription. So, on 23 Sep I tried again with no avail. Daryl C. was the BEST customer service employee I've worked with in years! I told him he should teach classes on best practices for customer service. He was polite & had the patience of a saint while I tried to figure out how to scan my doctor's order so I could email it to him. I was unsuccessful with the scanning so he simply told me to take a picture & email it to him.
