Ordered to eat at work. I'm an RN and ordered for my CNA, also. My eggs were undercooked, runny, even the whites, the Grits were burned tasting . These breakfast meals were beyond disappointing and not up to Cracker Barrel standards. Who's cooking back there? Won't order again from this location in Hickory, NC.

The Lil' Barrel Cheeseburgers were almost burnt they were very tough. While the Grilled Chicken Tenders had a good flavor they were dry and both people that got side salads said they were good salads, but the ranch was awful. Not sure we will be returning for lunch.
Food arrived cold and underseasoned. Very disappointing.

Usually when I order from here, it is delicious. This time, not so much. I ordered the Steak n Egg Hashbrown Casserole, and the build your own breakfast. Both of the hashbrown casseroles were burnt so badly that it tasted like I was eating rocks! And there was about an inch thick of grease in the bottom of the container. It was NOT good, at all.
