Beyond the fact that the order was missing items, the food quality was absolutely terrible. The Grilled Chicken Tenders were burnt, the Bowl of Pinto Beans tasted sour, the cornbread was stale, and the Fried Apples were hard. We will not be ordering from Cracker Barrel again.
pancakes were burnt and no syrup for the pancakes. only 2 slices of fried apples in the container. no utensils. biscuits were extremely dry. no butter. never had food from cracker barrel that tasted and looked like that.
This is the 2nd time that the gravy was forgotten . Hard to have biscuits and gravy with no gravy!
Everything tasted... Mid. At best. Idk how else to describe it. •Chicken was cold and dry. •Mac n cheese had almost no flavor. •Fried apples tasted bland. •Biscuits were almost as pale as the chicken tenders they use for their chicken and dumplings. It's like they're losing/ lost a chunk of staff that knew what they were doing. While I'm sure some knowledgeable, skilled people are still there, there's no way a select few can pull the weight of majority of the store.
Both cakes, biscuits and gravy, and bacon not included. Pancakes, eggs and sausage patties were burnt to the point of being not edible. At least $30 of food wasn't received and all but one meal wasn't edible. Total waste of $100!!!
Meatloaf was awesome. The 3 helpings of mash potatoes were more like a hard candy texture covered in tasteless gravy.
Built my own homestyle breakfast only got the extra side order of hasbrowns, ordered biscuits and gravy. Only got gravy... Ordered Stuffed Cheesecake Pancake Breakfast, maybe 1 table spoon of filling in each. No fruit. Can I rate 0 stars?
The chicken was raw and every piece was still pink
corn has literally no taste, food cold and packaged poorly
