By far the worse service in a long time. Ordered to go and they kept one of my dinners.. whomever I spoke with could have cared less.. ugh
I ordered the classic sampler with meatloaf and chicken and dumplings. The meatloaf was undercooked and tasted old. The chicken and dumplings were also old and clumped together. I was only able to eat the mashed potatoes and mac&cheese.
they didn't give me my half gallon of tea, my chicken was dry and overcooked and cold, and my casserole was very dry and cold and so were the mashed potatoes. the only thing warm was The Sawmill gravy.
No flavor at all super bland
food came very cold and tasted old very disappointed
The food is practically flavorless. I remember when Cracker Barrel was delicious. Aside from the meatloaf being good it was a waste of over $60 dollars. You get more flavor and a better price getting a Meatloaf n' Tenders Family Meal from BOB EVANS
No gravy this has happened once to many times everything was great otherwise
My eggs were under cooked, all my meat was over cooked and every was cold on top of having missing items. Not happy
I didn't enjoy my meal. When it arrived it was cold. In addition the gravy tasted bland and the pancakes tasted burnt. I will never order a door dash meal from them again. I'm very surprised. For, Cracker Barrel is one of my favorite breakfast spots. I can go anytime of the day and still order breakfast. This was the first time I door dashed my order. I think I will stick with dine only.
