I ordered yesterday, 3/20/24, and I had gotten an egg sandwich and a cup of the vegetable soup. The egg sandwich had no flavor whatsoever. No salt, no pepper. Just livin on a prayer that it taste remotely like egg and it did NOT. At least it was somewhat edible though. Can't say the same for the "soup". I say "soup" because what I was served was clearly just CANNED MIXED VEG parading as if it were soup. This is the most VILE egg sando I've ever had the displeasure of eating. The "veg soup" is nothing more than tinned mixed veg with ZERO seasonings. Absolutely disgusting!!! I don't even know how I'd even attempt to get this made right. Never been more disappointed in my life over food. You should all be ashamed of yourselves. DISGUSTING!!!!
Food burnt and greasy
The food was iced cold. They did not have the correct pie for the Cinnamon Roll Pie Breakfast (???) so they sent an iced cold sour peach pie instead. Certainly not worth the $31 dollars paid. My delivery person Toni kept in contact with me and had to wait a long time for my order at cracker barrel. I was surprised everything arrived cold because that means it left the restaurant cold.
The Cinnamon Roll Pie Breakfast came with a verh small, very dry, barely there piece of cinnamon roll pie. There was basically nothing there. Every portion of what we ordered was very tiny, nothing like what we get when we go in and sit down. Very disappointing that the staff doesn't give the same service to pick up orders.
I've been a Cracker Barrel fan for years and have never had a problem but they dropped the ball with this order. Kids confetti pancakes were supposed to come with bacon and they didn't. chicken tenders were burned black. The catfish and veggies were good.
My Grandma's Sampler Pancake Breakfast was horrible. The only thing worth eating was the country ham. Eveything was cold and overcooked. Not worth it
Peach Cobbler needs more crust and less juice. Strawberry missing on the cheese cake.
