My food is always good but they usually leave something off of my order. This time it was the gravy for my **TUESDAY ONLY** Country Fried Pork Chops. Also ordered a Barrel Bacon Cheeseburger* , Bacon Mac & Cheese & Extras which was onion slices, which they literally gave me one ring even though I exaggerated the order asking for 10 hoping for a solid slice. Luckily, I did get both my drinks so that's an improvement.
I ordered the pot roast through the DoorDash app as a pickup order. I received the text updates that my order was ready for pickup. When I arrived the cashier notified the kitchen and I waited for about 20 minutes before a manager came out and said that he had been calling DoorDash to let them know that they didn't have the pot roast. He asked if there was another entree that I wanted. The communication was very poor and customer service was lacking in this instance. Ham was chew the eggs were runny and the grits were not fullycooked and salty
Chicken & Dumplins and turnip greens were to salty and thats saying alot for someone who likes salt. Otherwise, everything was good.
not sure how old the grease was that this was fried in but it left a really bitter after taste and burnt flavor on the country fried steak. I couldn't eat it. it was disgusting.
Bacon was not crispy how I wanted it. Too soft and taste nasty
$74 order with about $30 in tax, fees, and tips. Many items missing-- all gravy missing. This store ALWAYS forgets items. Worst Cracker Barrel in USA. If in Montgomery go to Prattville it's worth the extra 15 min.
