not sure how old the grease was that this was fried in but it left a really bitter after taste and burnt flavor on the country fried steak. I couldn't eat it. it was disgusting.
Bacon was not crispy how I wanted it. Too soft and taste nasty
$74 order with about $30 in tax, fees, and tips. Many items missing-- all gravy missing. This store ALWAYS forgets items. Worst Cracker Barrel in USA. If in Montgomery go to Prattville it's worth the extra 15 min.
All of my food was great considering how long it took. My only complaint is that I didn't get mu Unsweetened Ice Tea that I paid for. This consistently happens. Something is always left out; usually either my drink or cornbread muffins. This is what I ordered today: Hashbrown Casserole Shepherd's Pie Beans n' Greens Cornbread Muffins (4) & Extras which was sliced onions.
Steak overcooked, and small portion. Some bacon cooked too hard, some not done at all
The Old-Fashioned Lemonade was very bitter and did not come seal nether did the food the mamas Momma's Pancake Breakfast® the pancakes were burnt and the bacon wasnt cri but hard
Everytime I've ordered from Cracker Barrel, items are always missing. Tonight, I did not receive my pancakes and my husband didn’t get gravy on his country fried steak.
Had to wait over 1 hour to get the family dinner. The chicken was horrible. Extremely over cooked and dry as a bone not to mention cold. The dasher had to wait 45 minutes for pick up.
Shrimp and Shrimp n' Grits Skillet looks nothing like the photo. Mind you that crumbled up stuff underneath the shimp is supposed to be grits and there's no seasoning on the shrimp, it's all on the grits. No syrup for the pancakes at all.
