Momma's Pancake Breakfast® was good. Caramel Latte was supposed to be hot and they made it cold & said they didnt have any small cups and put it in this cup like this.
The side salad was open * the fried apples were old/left over from another day.
The salad we ordered was omitted and there was no gravy on the chicken fried steak or the potatoes Also our order was very delayed by the restaurant
Food was not seasoned well. Meat seems hal cooked
eggs and sausages werent done
The Homestyle Grilled Chicken Salad are very big but they only gave me 2 salad dressings for each salad so we have to eat a dry salad the Meatloaf is dry as a desert and the cornbread is so hard you if you hit somebody's with it im pretty sure they would get a concussion
we always order the same thing everytime. how come we never get the gravy for the Country Fried Steak. yall need to do better as a store and slow down to make sure everything is there for the customer. thanks and the food is always great when it's right.
Usually ny order is good but today, Valentines Day, my Build Your Own Homestyle Breakfast was horrible. Maybe someone new prepared it because the tomatoes were inside the container with the breakfast. I ordered a side of Smoked Sausage Patties keyword being patties with an 's' being plural. What I got was one (1) little dark brown disk that resembled a hockey puck in consistency. As a frequent flyer fan, PLEASE DO BETTER! The price we pay for convenience is high as the quality should be too.
Cracker Barrel is great - but don't order delivery. Go pick it up yourself so you can check it. We've ordered several times, and most times it is missing one or more items. They demonstrably do not have good QC on non-sit down orders.
