Id like to say my server was kind and helpful. Great service. I feel the issue here is management. My bowl (the brocolli) had some yellow substance crusted to it so, I didn’t eat it. My friends plate had a hair on it. And this was how my “chicken tenders” was brought out, i didn’t even get a regular fry. This was absolutely unacceptable to serve. Good atmosphere with good food. There was 9 of us. Half of the table got their food first and the other half took a while. We were almost done eating by the time they got their food. I guess the server was overwhelmed. Other than that the food was good. It’s always fun to browse around the store. Clean bathroom.
I had the New York Strip cooked medium rare with eggs over easy, sugar cured ham and a side of grits. The food was great! I was there on 03/04/25 and it was my birthday and I told my waitress that the mashed potatoes had to much pepper in them that I would like a different side she never returned back to my table till it was time for my check told her it was my birthday and she said well I hope you have a great day thanks for coming in and left the table so I go to check out and I told the person that I was paying what happened and he acted like he didn’t care so I’ll not be back to that location at East town.
Food one because it was dead and it came out cold. And there’s no excuse it’s dead here yall just don’t want to be here and that’s super clear. Cleanliness ZERO, polish your silver ware that’s a Cracker Barrel thing! Our Biscuits has the butter cups all over the top of them in the basket, and I know you just grabbed that with your hand.
