I liked the Chicken n' Dumplins but I got fried okra as a side and it was so hard I could hardly chew it. mac and cheese was okay. fried apples were amazing
I was very disappointed to find very little chicken. There was the equivalent of maybe 1 ounce, but doubt that much. They use to put at least a full breast in. Save your money! Picture below show the meal before I ate anything from it at all.
Chicken n' Dumplins tasted like nothing but SALT! Blecchhh!
$25 steak? Everything was good except this. It was literally 4oz. Awful.
They put my fried okra under my chicken fried steak for some reason and all of my okra was soggy and gross when my order arrived. My green beans were so over cooked I got green mush instead if beans, and my chicken fried steak was so sofgy and cold I think they just took an order that had been sent back and put it in a delivery platter.
I was very disappointed with our order tonight. We are BIG fans of Cracker Barrel food and especially the chicken and dumplings. This evening we were excited to receive our food only to realize that our main dishes were so strong with pepper they were almost inedible. We both ordered extra dumplings as part of our sides and even those were too strong. The chicken was way over cooked and dry, the gravy had Spilt all over the bottom of the bag and the potatoes were very very dry !! 
Order was not made properly. Tastes horrible, and the broccoli was still raw.
