Food is always consistent a a Cracker Barrel. However, the Urbana, IL location has an exceptional staff. Everyone was kind and seemed ready to move the world to make us happy. Management and Crew, thank you for making this a wonderful experience.

I love Cracker Barrel. Excellent food, prices are good, good old days memories of stuff there. I did not want to leave. Relaxing and enjoyable. Gifts, store had many memories of things I had not seen in a while. I brought a few things. It was so nice there. The Cracker Barrel in Jackson, Michigan is a great place to eat and have a wonderful evening. I did. First time there and it will not be my last.

We visited the Harrisonburg va location on July 4th 2026 at 4:30pm and the hostess was very nasty and rude when we asked if we could have the round table closest to the door due to my father being disabled and using a walker and not able to walk far at all and was told that’s for in case a larger party’s comes in the discriminated against my father being disabled and kept him from having that table that would have fit him and his walker better because they were more worried about a larger party coming in. Overall, my family's experience at this location was horrible. After waiting 45 minutes to be seated (which is usual for a larger party), we placed our order pretty quickly as we desired the standard pancake platter. We received our food an little after an hour of ordering. Upon questioning our server multiple times, she demonstrated frustration and attitude instead of proper customer service. I received a gift card for $50. When attempting to redeem it the redemption number on the back was entirely scratched off and not visible. I received nothing for my gift card and contacted customer support. I received an email stating they would send me a replacement card. This never happened. I am unable to contact anyone at cracker barrel as there is no way to communicate with a live person. I was at the Brooksville location off of 75 the service was five star my waitress was *****she was fast efficient and always busy. My complaint is I was in there on a busy day Saturday and there was no bus help she was having to bust her own tables taking time away from her customers I thought it was ridiculous how people would stand around including management and the host and not help her bust the tables

Difficulty returning items. Do not want to give your money back. Contacted company and received a ticket saying that someone would contact you about returns. Never followed through.

Several times in the past few months I have tried to order food online to pick up after work for my parents - who love Cracker Barrel. I can NEVER get the online order to take - it ALWAYS gives me some error message and then of course the charges show up on my bank account and I have to get them removed. Just so annoying!! Why don't they just fix WHATEVER the problem is and from other complaints that I have read I am not the only one with this issue. Come on Cracker Barrel -FIX IT!!!
