Food is always consistent a a Cracker Barrel. However, the Urbana, IL location has an exceptional staff. Everyone was kind and seemed ready to move the world to make us happy. Management and Crew, thank you for making this a wonderful experience.
I love Cracker Barrel. Excellent food, prices are good, good old days memories of stuff there. I did not want to leave. Relaxing and enjoyable. Gifts, store had many memories of things I had not seen in a while. I brought a few things. It was so nice there. The Cracker Barrel in Jackson, Michigan is a great place to eat and have a wonderful evening. I did. First time there and it will not be my last.

Store location: 344 Rockwood Rd, Arden, NC 28704 I had a very disturbing experience where I was surprisingly told I was refused service by a waitress I've requested for over 2 years. I've been a loyal guest eating there 2 x's/ wk. Horrible carside incorrect orders management and staff poor customer service food subpar.
I WAS appalled that, after my detailed complaint, CRACKER BbARRELL chose to send only one e-gift card as compensation MEANING ONE COMPLIMENTARY MEAL. As I clearly stated during my communication with your representative, my order consisted of two Turkey and Dressing Dinners and two To-Go Meatloaf Dinners, purchased on August 7, 2025, at 5:26 p.m. Both turkey meals were excessively salty, and both meatloaf meals had a stale taste. We used the online order and pickup last weekend for the second time in 2 weeks. And for the second time the order was not correct. This time however the manager brought the order out and explained that they ran out of white gravy and substituted, without asking, brown gravy for the chicken fried chicken meal. I told him that this was the second time in 2 weeks the same meal was not made correctly and it was supposed to be delivered to our car 20 minutes prior to them bringing it out so I would like a discount. Difficulty returning items. Do not want to give your money back. Contacted company and received a ticket saying that someone would contact you about returns. Never followed through.
Several times in the past few months I have tried to order food online to pick up after work for my parents - who love Cracker Barrel. I can NEVER get the online order to take - it ALWAYS gives me some error message and then of course the charges show up on my bank account and I have to get them removed. Just so annoying!! Why don't they just fix WHATEVER the problem is and from other complaints that I have read I am not the only one with this issue. Come on Cracker Barrel -FIX IT!!!
