I went with my daughter and my mother to Cracker Barrel in Morristown, TN on 8/22/23. The waitress placed everything on one bill, and I needed my mother’s separate. I bought a gift card at ******for Cracker Barrell. They had a hard time activating it so I wanted to make sure the balance was correct. I tried the number on the back of the card and got a message that this service was unavailable. I went online, found the place to check it and it too was unavailable. I called the corporate number (2 numbers) and there is no way to talk to anyone so could not check it that way either. There is absolutely no way to check your balance using THEIR provided methods. I purchased two items from cracker barrel online store after I checked out I noticed I was charged a $25:handling charge on two small Halloween items. I immediately tried contacting cracker barrel to cancel my order.The chat was unavailable and the phone number never gave an option to talk to rep. UPDATE: I don’t like to leave bad reviews and I understand if you get busy or if you are out of a product. I have been to this location 5 times in a week. Wasting my time and gas I guess. I went to Cracker Barrel in North Myrtle Beach, SC. The waitress did a good job with our order and I paid my bill through the app, in which we travel to Cracker Barrel’s a lot! I filled out the survey and went toward the exit when my wife had seen something to buy in the store side. I would give 0 stars if possible. Part of my online decor order was delivered but I’m missing an expensive piece. Over 7 days and I have not one response from the multiple ways I’ve attempted to contact someone. Never again. Literally the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. An employee at the restaurant literally told me she thinks the warehouse is marking high value items shipped and keeping them to sell. Maybe, maybe not. I wouldn’t know what’s going on because nobody will respond
I don't think that Cracker Barrel corporate understands CUSTOMER SERVICE which they are lacking. There top executives should try reaching customer relations ans a regular customer see what they experience,
Called customer service and only asked for numbers on the card well that's the problem. Some of the numbers are missing. The band on back is scratched. It was a gift. Just want a reissue. But can't speak to a real person
I have contacted Cracker Barrel Customer Service twenty times this week - there is no way to get a live person. I have tried to contact through their website Chat - never, ever are they on line - always states "Chat Agent Unavailable."
