EXTREMELY SLOW SERVICE! Waited an additional 20 minutes passed the original pickup time. Had to ask the woman to check on the order. When she went to check it was "suddenly" ready and had just come out.
I order cracker barrel i newport news all the time, this experience with Woodbridge was horrible. my order was incorrect, food was not good especially the eggs horrible and bacon was half done. had to put in airfryer, and the dash delivery was 20mins late.
Beans & Greens I ordered beans and greens not greens and greens. I also got a chicken tender platter and my chicken was wet. Not happy at all.
Burned the meatn theCampfire Breakfast Skillet and covered it with potatoes.
Food was cold. Eggs were bland. Asked for grits and they gave me gravy. Very disappointed.
Homestyle Fried Chicken Sandwich and Crispy Homestyle Chicken chicken was very dry and overcooked
You need to improve the packaging... one liitle container's lid was open... almost spilled the dumplins!
My sides were overcooked and mushy. The steak was tough as boot leather.
The dumplings were just giant clumps of dough with no flavor. They looked old.
