The salad part—wonderful, crispy, fresh. The chicken—grainy, tough, inedible.
Last time I'll be ordering from here food doesn't look edible.
Food is good but restaurant continues to not provide add on items when requested/purchased. This is my 4th time not receiving Apple Butter which is weird at this point
Meatloaf tasted dry and mash potatoes didn't taste creamy at all. Classics Sampler was ok. Just not good comfort food today.
The food arrived cold when restaurant is less than 1 mile away. The mac and cheese side had watered down cheese flour gravy on it with no taste of cheese at all...starch flavor. The peach cobbler was the worse I have ever tasted anywhere..not even baked and as if someone dropped lemon juice in it.! Tonight's dinner was enough to never order food from here again. It was a total waste of $30.
This place has gone downhill. The food was not fresh. The Fresh Berry French Toast Bake was dry and didnt have the sauce. My bacon was burnt. My Two Buttermilk Pancakes were cold and and tasted like to was cooked with bell peppers and cheese.
The pancakes were not made like the photo and the tots were burnt. Not the quality of wha they normally make.
The Hashbrown Casserole Tots were burnt and dry and the Stuffed Cheesecake Pancake Breakfast were not like what was in the pic.
While the food here is great quality, the folks who put together the to-go orders always seems to get the order wrong. Either they miss items or they get the order COMPLETELY wrong - it's always a toss up when ordering delivery from this location. We ordered breakfast with pancakes and French toast and ended up with a country fried steak dinner with a pecan pie. Would HIGHLY recommend triple checking your order or just picking up directly from this location.
