The hamburger steak was overcooked and very dry. No sauce or gravy as shown in the website picture.
Chicken was rubbery. Half my vegetable order was missing. Beignets were doughy. Dipping sauce is watery. Noticing a big drop in quality over the past few months that doesn't seem to be regained. Will no longer be ordering from here. Keywords were checked off in green on this survey page that indicate positive things. I did not select them and they can't be eliminated.
I ordered Momma's French Toast Breakfast® with Blueberry Syrup and did NOT get the syrup. The French Toast was the main meal item. This store constantly makes order errors! Disappointed once again. Will order elsewhere.
Specifically ordered no cheese due to serious allergy. Yup, you guessed it. Cheese.
All pancakes were burnt and inedible.

The sausage was under cooked
Meatloaf was barely edible. We love it and order it often but tonight it was awful. It was burnt and hard.
