The sausage was under cooked
Meatloaf was barely edible. We love it and order it often but tonight it was awful. It was burnt and hard.
Burnt my pancakes and can't even get a refund
Continually sends incomplete order
French toast stale most was inedible without flavor Hash brown was not cooked enough very disappointing.
Pancakes taste like plastic. Very rubbery.
The fries are ALWAYS MINIMUM!! Could give a little More!
Ordered blueberry pancakes and blueberry syrup. The pancakes were the oiliest mess I've ever seen. The only smell and taste coming from them was grease. Disgusting! Tried the blueberry syrup and it was also vile; tasted like it had yogurt or dairy in it. Will never eat here again. Complete waste of money.
The skillet rolls are the only thing even slightly warm -- and the restaurant is 1.8 miles away. The chicken could have come from KFC for as greasy and unmeaty that it was. Disappointed completely.
