Didnt receive 2 of the side items ordered and any of the bread. Wrote on the receipt they were "out" of one of the sides but was never asked to replace...? Terrible service and Grilled Chicken Tenders were burnt.
We've ordered twice. Each time we were told they were out of stock on the item we ordered after we paid and placed the order.
The biscuits were clearly burned. The gravy was not even half full. The sausage was good, but not on the burned biscuits. Extremely disappointed with Cracker Barrel!!!
This order was very disappointing. I orderthe Country Vegetable Plate often for my daughter who is a vegetarian. This order actually had 3 bites of Mac & Cheese. Very disappointing when that is her main protein source. Mashed potatoes had giant chunks of potatoe that weren't mashed. Seems water was used vs milk when the mashing took place because it was thin and watery in nature. Brown gravy with giant onion pieces in it. That was new for her as well. almost 7 bucks for scraps of Double Chocolate Fudge Coca-Cola® Cake . looks like they scraped it out of every corner of the pan it was baked in. not appetizing at all.
Undercooked steak!
Paancake was burnt and tasted bad couldnt really eat it form the taste and also never send the syrup for it.
I ordered Biscuits n' Gravy with Bacon or Sausage. I received two burnt, hard biscuits as well as two hard sausage patties, which were inedible. The Hashbrown Casserole tasted delicious! Unfortunately, the Peach Cobbler was cold. The drink was spot on. I normally wouldn't say anything but this is the second time I've received bad food from Cracker Barrel. I hope they read this and improve because I enjoy their food normally.
We had three orders totalling over $50 and NO BREAD FOR ANY OF THEM! Food was cold!
