Item missing - always happens - waited awhile and gave another chance - failed!
Order was alright... the green beans were really disgusting and hard. I'm hoping management fixes a lot of these issues. We used to be frequent Cracker Barrel fans. But the quality just isn't there anymore
Biscuits and gravy taste bad. Biscuits undercooked and gravy bland.
Constantly out of things. Order takes 10x the length of time it should. Terrible. Would not recommend what so ever.
The chicken was cooked too dark, salty & greasy.
Dry chicken. Three times now Ive ordered the country Chicken Fried Chicken and no gravy comes with it. Won' ever try again. Order it in the te and it comes with every time
Ordered Med Rare steak in hopes it would be medium. It was very well done and diff to cut. I measured how much hashbrown cassarole and it was 2 tablespoons. Ordered the hashbrown Tots and received 5 total tots. I understand food would be better in the restaurant but due to a medical condition we are limited to doing that. Paying 23.00 per entree for what little food we received is just not satisfactory.
No utensils. No jam or butter for the biscuits. Hashbrown Casserole was over cooked and crunchy
everything tasted so poorly. I literally took one bite of everything ordered because I thought maybe I just didn't care for their meat loaf, actually the friend chicken was decent but sides and everything else tasted like hospital food lol
