Biscuits were burnt and stale. Gravy was congealed.
eggs and pancakes were under done.
Missing half of what we ordered twice now. Always forgets the add ons as well. If it's suppose to come with biscuits why do we never get them? Very poor execution and attention to detail. You also get way less food for what you pay (FOR THE SAME ITEM) when ordering online. Will not be getting our business again.
The biscuits were rock hard like they had been in a warmer since daylight, chopped steak was nice size but hard to cut, the green beans were straight from a can, and the rice was also old and hard--and then thr gravy--it was so salty my bp went up--and it was old enough that it arrived jello consistency not pourable by any means--very disappointing considering Cracker Barrel has been my favorite place for southern cooking but recently the prices have soared, and quality and choices are exceptionally low considering the price... read more
I ordered 3 vegetable sides with my order tonight. One of the three was a salad. They did not include the salad. This happens every time I order door dash from this location. They always leave one or two items out. I never have his problem with the 2 locations in Franklin.
Food was cold. Mashed potatoes had no flavor. Turnip greens undercooked. Grilled chicken was ok
Did not receive 3 sides. Didn't get half the veggie plate and didn't get the side of Sawmill Gravy I ordered and paid for. Dumplings were watery.
The egg was cooked wrong no mayo
The beans and greens are dry. The pot roast didn't have any gravy. As you can see in the pictures. Just big hunks of meat. And just a little veggies. And no gravy. Cracker Barrel. Do better than this please. Over 70 bucks! We deserve better! Or lower your prices. For the amount and quality you send us!
