The Cracker Barrel in Spring Hill is consistently disappointing. I ordered the Classics Country Sampler - All Three, and only received dumlings and meatloaf. Meatloaf was dry and looked like it had been sitting out for hours. The Hashbrown casserole also tasted like it had been sitting out for hours because the top was dry, and stale. The hash brown casserole was full of large pieces of onion and was underbaked some of the potato shreds were very hard . The sausage patties were overcooked and hard. Basically the food was terrible and I wasted my money. Pretty sure I won't be ordering from Cracker Barrel again.
Didn't get the sausage I paid for and the bacon was burnt so bad that it was black
The grilled chicken tenders are small in size. 3 were small, and the other 3 were super small. I felt very ripped off. if I had ordered this in the restaurant, they'd be taking it back and preparing a different dish.
The chicken was too salty. We didn't like it.
Biscuits were burnt and stale. Gravy was congealed.
eggs and pancakes were under done.
Missing half of what we ordered twice now. Always forgets the add ons as well. If it's suppose to come with biscuits why do we never get them? Very poor execution and attention to detail. You also get way less food for what you pay (FOR THE SAME ITEM) when ordering online. Will not be getting our business again.
The biscuits were rock hard like they had been in a warmer since daylight, chopped steak was nice size but hard to cut, the green beans were straight from a can, and the rice was also old and hard--and then thr gravy--it was so salty my bp went up--and it was old enough that it arrived jello consistency not pourable by any means--very disappointing considering Cracker Barrel has been my favorite place for southern cooking but recently the prices have soared, and quality and choices are exceptionally low considering the price... read more
