I'm not pleased with your to go containers for your sides. Over four dollars for a cup of collard greens, how about 1/4 cup. Your cups are indented severely in the bottom And you don't feel them to the top. What a great way to make money though.
Country Fried Steak & Roast Beef Dinners were excellent!
Barely given any food in the container & what was given was burnt
The chicken tenders were mostly chunks of tendon that couldnt be eaten. Three of the pieces were normal size, the other pieces were so small they might have all added up to one full size tender. The green beans werent as good as usual. The texture was odd, lots of pieces were wood-like and fibrous.
Campfire beef is absolutely not worth the cost. There was only 4 pieces of beef, three baby carrots. The taste was ok. Definitely not good enough to ever order again. This was overpriced watered down and lacking in ingredients .
I called cracker barrel. the store. spoke to the manager. our children sausage biscuits and fries had not biscuits and only a few fries, no condiments, my granddaughter chicken had no BBQ sauce, my grandsons steak and eggs was to be med well, it was over well and so ro tough he had to pick it up and tear it apart. my wife's steak was also virile, no butter or anything for the loaded potato, no salad as requested. the only thing 5was decent was my chicken.
The order took an extended LONG time to complete. The food was delicious, except the Buttermilk Biscuits pack and the ones that came with the The Country Boy Breakfast tasted pretty old, like maybe leftover from the breakfast rush. The Dasher sent me a message letting me know they said they were backed up as she was waiting. However, I think good restaurant practice would've been to send a free dessert, get a quick call/text from the restaurant apologizing, something to kinda right the wrong from the get-go. They gave me a VERY spicy syrup for the kids pancakes. Not sure what it is but it was in a cup instead of the little glass bottles the syrup usually comes in.
The hasbrown casserole was burnt!
