I love the ham & I recommend the Chicken & Dumplings!
I will start with the food was excellent, though they could have been more attentive to details, such as how I requested the sirloin be cooked, though. the serious complaint I have is that the restaurant took over an hour and a half to complete the order and get it to the driver.
French Toast is a bit hard to mess up for a breakfast restaurant, but it was managed by our Cracker Barrel, it was edible but not fresh and a bit rubbery. The rest of the meal was ok. Food cost going up, quality going down. :(
My son ate more than he usually does because he loves the confetti pancakes!
The beignets were great! The chocolate cake had good flavor but was very dry.
Everything was great except the biscuits that came with the old timers breakfast.
biscuits were great as always, bacon was soft to perfection, and the pancakes never fail.
The chicken strips were hard & the huckleberry tea was really bad. Shrimp was great.
Cake was dry like it was the corner and got left out. Okra was undercooked as well as the mashed potatoes were hard and cold. Hamburger steak had no flavor and tasted like it was day old very dry. Food definitely didn't seem to be fresh. Definitely will not be ordering again
