They were out of the cake and did not check with us for a replacement.
I was missing a side of mashed potatoes, but after trying the one side of mashed potatoes I did receive I wasn't too upset, because they were far from mashed in my opinion and bland. I also ordered the mix of cornbread muffins and biscuits. I didn't get any muffins and the biscuits were hard and dry. The Mac and cheese and green beans were good. The chicken was ok, it may have been better fresh.
The fried chicken was so dark/almost burnt tasting and bland. They need to change their oil! Missing half of the sides or they were incorrect even though we paid extra for them.
I usually love the food every time Hamburger Steak was dry when I requested med well and came with no gravy mashed potatoes were cold and like dry or something. my daughter was so excited for her Chicken Fried Chicken with gravy and double mac and cheese since I paid for 3 sides and only got two. onion petals were cold Shareables Duo **FRIDAY ONLY** Friday Fish Fry was amazing but potatoes were dryyy too. super bummed and wish I didnt just pay almost 100 on this meal
The steak was over cooked, the dumplings were under cooked,and most of the sides were missing. It's the worstexperience I've had with Cracker Barrel
Burnt and dry fried chicken every time since they started serving their fried chicken on weekends only **WEEKEND ONLY** Southern Fried Chicken. Compare how dry and dark BROWN the batter is in my photo vs the menu photo. They managed to make the dark meat taste like jerky & old oil. I got the regular flavor today & finally decided to write a review bc it's clearly not a one (or 4)-time mistake. Even the honey butter version is equally as hard as a rock and dry/tough like jerky.
Uncooked food, bacon not done
The Monday only Chicken and Rice was inedible due to the rice being very undercooked
$18 for such a small turkey not worth it
