Blueberry pancakes were burnt and they forgot the syrup. Quality has gone downhill at so many restaurants in Midland. What is going on?
Descriptions says comes with 4 slices of French toast and I only got 2.
Waited almost an hour for the food to be ready. Once it was delivered, there was no gravy on, or with it. The steak had been way over cooked so it was really tough. And I got biscuits instead of the cornbread I ordered.
The Chicken n' Dumplin Soup Cup had no dumplings and no chick. The bacon was supposed to be crispy but it almost broke a tooth. And I didnt get any sauce with the Signaure Fried Apple French Toast Bakeh. Very disappointed
steak tips in Steak n' Egg Hashbrown Casserole were TOO salty.
They never ever give you gravy. Ever. I've never received gravy from the Midland, TX location.
by the time my food made it out to my car for curbside pick up the country fried steak and Chicken n' Dumplins were cold. Tasted good but just not hot
The entire meal was ice cold. The roast beef was mostly fat, cold and tough. The mashed potato's and gravy were ice cold also. The biscuits were as hard as rocks and were basically inedible. I'm very dissatisfied with Cracker Barrel after that order. I'm not one to put out reviews, but it was so bad I had to let people know. People pay a lot of money to DoorDash, restaurants need to know that today a lot of customers aren't the ones who physically walk through the door... it's also those who spend a fortune to have it delive... read more
When we received our meatloaf orders with three sides, we were very disappointed that we didn't receive but two sides each. Also, the loaded mashed potatoes were extremely dry. I paid over $78 to have a not so good meal delivered that I wouldn't serve my guests.
