by the time my food made it out to my car for curbside pick up the country fried steak and Chicken n' Dumplins were cold. Tasted good but just not hot
The entire meal was ice cold. The roast beef was mostly fat, cold and tough. The mashed potato's and gravy were ice cold also. The biscuits were as hard as rocks and were basically inedible. I'm very dissatisfied with Cracker Barrel after that order. I'm not one to put out reviews, but it was so bad I had to let people know. People pay a lot of money to DoorDash, restaurants need to know that today a lot of customers aren't the ones who physically walk through the door... it's also those who spend a fortune to have it delive... read more
When we received our meatloaf orders with three sides, we were very disappointed that we didn't receive but two sides each. Also, the loaded mashed potatoes were extremely dry. I paid over $78 to have a not so good meal delivered that I wouldn't serve my guests.
Food wasn't ready near time estimated and was delivered cold so I assume it was just sitting at the restaurant. Roast portion is tiny. Chicken Fried Steak also cold and doesn't taste great. Waaay overpriced for what we received and quite disappointed.
The green beans tasted like they were from a can. No seasoning or butter... tasteless... bland... The grilled chicken tenderloins were delicious as were the carrots. The loaded sweet potato was also really good.
Homestyle Grilled Chicken Salad was a complete disappointment. Never again
Everything is cold! Also ALWAYS missing stuff.
Ordered full cobbler and only got small single serve cobbler.
The peach cobbler had about 3 tbsp of cobbler for $6.50. So each $5.00 cobbler at the store would have 15 servings this size. Roughly $70.00 per cobbler profit
