Macaroni could've been better hash browns were great though

I am a long time of cracker barrel. the chicken and dumplings where NOT cracker barrel quality. very few dumplings.less chicken. mostly liquid. very disappointed inthe Chicken n' Dumplins
Gravy was thin. It was the same last week. I threw the food away because it didn't taste good.
Would like my hash browns to have been crispier! Cook them longer please!
did not include several items ordered and would not make arrangements to fix or give credit. this is not the first time this has happened.
I have been ordering this for a while now and the meatloaf portions keep getting smaller. The first four times I ordered it. They were fine the last two times they're tiny pieces not what I was expecting. They also just threw all my vegetables on the plate mixed in together instead of separating them like they usually do.
all the meats were WAY over cooked sausage, ham, and bacon were inedible. eggs and pancakes were perfect. would not order again.
Cracker Barrel's food has consistently gone downhill. This is not the CB I have loved since I grew up eating CB at their first ever location in Lebanon, TN.
