my chicken & dumplings was just dumplings. not one piece of chicken in it at all. very disappointed.
I basically got cold chicken water and a scrap of chicken. Not a single dumpling. Potatoes ice cold. I know its the store amd not the driver because the other food was warm.
The chicken noodles were too thick and did not like. Fried chicken could not finish, dirty grease bad taste.
Ordered crispy bacon because it's an option, but it was undercooked. Didn't receive the ranch dressing or my drink that I ordered. Portions were much smaller than usual.
my order was not correct. I didn't receive my broccoli cheese casserole had 2 orders of it. They sent steamed broccoli. Meatloaf over cooked.Meatloaf
I ordered broc cheese casserole but got broccoli with cheese. I called the store and was told they no longer have that. Please take items off the menu that you no longer have. Thanks
Usually; Cracker Barrel is good. Tonight, Homestyle Chicken verry undercooked. Meat has several Pink areas! Doordash Should assist their Customer's much better, when we Follow up for help, or Concerns!!!
Again I ordered broccoli cheese casserole and got broccoli covered with cheese. If they were outof the casserole why not reach out and let me know! Very disappointed. I also ordered the large size of gravy but got a small side of gravy.
I ordered broc cheese casserole which is delicious but got broccoli with cheese instead. Please Cracker Barrel get orders correct.
