There was no dressing for our salads on the Veggie Plate, and one of our sweet potatoes arrived without the candied pecans we requested. The number of Extras we received was insufficient for our order. No utensils or napkins were supplied, and we are staying at a hotel. Fortunately we were able to obtain some at the hotels' breakfast bar. The Double Chocolate Fudge Coca-Cola® Cake was good but it was mostly crumbs. Shame on you Cracker Barrel.

Biscuits were hard and cold, mashed potatoes tasted like day old potatoes, salad was wilted, and tomatoes were not red, totally disgusting, not the usual Cracker Barrel quality.

Orders always run behind schedule by 20~30 minutes. Always have at least 1 side item left out of order.

Hand-Breaded Fried Chicken Tenders overcooked and tough. Didn't get gravy or dipping sauce. Cornbread was hard

The chicken and dumplings were so salty. I have ordered these several times for several years and they have never been that salty . They weren't edible. We had to pick through each meal and try to find less salty bites. We ended up throwing them away.

I ordered a sampler with meatloaf, chicken and dumplings. The dumplings were way too salty and I got one sizable chunk of chicken. That was it. Bunch of dumplings, one chunk of chicken in all of it. Very disappointing. Will not place this order again.
