They gave me an appointment for 2 days because they were fully booked until then. The cable broke on our door Thursday afternoon. The repairman was here on Friday. He called to say he was on his way. I received a text with his photo and introduction so I would know who was coming. He explained what had broken, how he would make the repair and how long he expected it to take. Very courteous.ious
Service was great! Repair man had the new garage operator functioning in no time. He knew exactly what he was doing every step of the way. We are so thankful to have the use of our automatic door again! Thank you!
