RecommendedI called on Friday for a repair on our garage door and they offered Monday, but I wasn’t able to be home that day, so Tuesday was available. Jason called on his way. He saw what my problem was and took care of it. He lubricated the hinges and rollers. He then looked at our other door and noticed a similar problem with it. He fixed it as well. I recently had an issue with my garage door, it was stuck in a loop of half opening and half closing. The door had a label on it for Crawford Door from long time ago when the door was installed by previous owners of this house, so I just called. They gave me an appointment for 2 days because they were fully booked until then. However they later called the very same day and told me one of the technicians was available in case I did not want to wait until the original appointment. So I was glad they called and said yes. The cable broke on our door Thursday afternoon. The repairman was here on Friday. He called to say he was on his way. I received a text with his photo and introduction so I would know who was coming. He explained what had broken, how he would make the repair and how long he expected it to take. Very courteous.ious
