The counterbalance spring for my daughter's garage door failed. It was a problem for her to get in and out when she goes to work. I called your store and they sent Jason that same day. He determined the cause of the failure very quickly, replaced the counterbalance, and did the job very well. Could not have done better.

Technician Jason arrived same day we called after the office sent a text with his picture letting us know who to expect, as well as he called ahead to let us know he was on the way. Jason did a very thorough job, answered all my questions, and was professional from start to finish. The invoice was for the exact price quoted. Although we didn’t buy our garage door from Crawford & Brinkman, after this experience we will the next time, as well as any future repairs.
