So I called Crawford and Brinkman to have someone come out and see if there was a problem with the door. There was no problem with the door and the technician was very helpful in advising what type of opener I should buy. I received excellent service by the C&B technician, Keith. I watched everything he did with the replacement of broken torsion springs as he worked carefully and efficiently.
