I have been happy with the service provided by Credit Associates. For the most part I have been impressed with everyone I speak too in Customer Relations, however, there have been a couple of associates that made me feel that they were representing the creditor . . . not me! However, as their customer, I have the ability to reject any offer that I am not happy with which gives me the power needed when I encounter one of those reps trying to talk me into accepting an offer.
