I have been happy with the service provided by Credit Associates. For the most part I have been impressed with everyone I speak too in Customer Relations, however, there have been a couple of associates that made me feel that they were representing the creditor . . . not me! However, as their customer, I have the ability to reject any offer that I am not happy with which gives me the power needed when I encounter one of those reps trying to talk me into accepting an offer. Credit Associates is great to work with. They have truly great credit management counselors who have your best interest in mind. After completing my contract I decided to change it to include another creditor and it was no problem they had it done in seconds. They try to work hard with the creditors to settle your debt quickly and fairly, and save you as much money as possible. Theres not enough good reasons not to trust Credit Associates with your debt management. I recommend them 100%.
