Quick, efficient and friendly!
I had an unexpected issue with my Invisalign retainers and Dr. Rief resolved the issue quickly.
Everything went great!! I highly recommend Nicole, the hygienist. She was really good!!
I had an issue where I was having pain on my right side of my mouth and was not able to get off from work early, the office was able to work with me of coming in on the day I called after I got off from work at 4pm. Once I got there I did not have to wait but maybe a minute to go into the back to be seen. I love the ladies in this office and so happy that a person I know at work referred me to them and I am very happy and appreciative of getting to know these ladies. As i said,it was a enjoyable visit to the dentist office.Nothing has change as far as the greeting you receive when you walk into the office,,the same you get in the treatment area.Dr. Riff and staff are the best.
As usual, my experience was great. I love my hygienest, patty, so much. She is patient and caring which are the best qualities to me while she is tending to my mouth...LOL! The entire staff is the best! I am glad that I found them. : )
Great experience, always professional, friendly, and quick!
I was nervous about having my teeth cleaned and was pleasantly greeted and treated gently. The dentist cleaned my teeth without pain and recommend Crossroads Dental to my friends and family members.
You know, in many doctor's visits there's an annoying wait for whatever reason (generally b/c of overbooking for volune). It's never been my experience or concern with Dr. Rief. Moreover, they have restored my oral health and I'm very pleased with the care I consistently receive (and my wife). If I move away I will fly them in every 6-months! I'm not compensated for this review in any way, this is truly the best dental care I've ever had. Praise the Lord.
