My experience was great. I've been a patient of Dr.Rief for close to 20 years. I move to Delaware in 2008 and still come back for the wonderful service.Â
Always a good experience. Hygienist very thorough. Love her staffÂ
My very first time visiting Dr.Block Riefs office and I was so excited and nervous because ive always stuck with my old dentist where I previously lived which was miles away but I decided to cancel a Tuesday appointment I had with them and made an appointment at Crossroads Dental Arts for Thursday and I wish I had left my old dentalb office sooner! The staff was professional, my hygienist was so sweet, caring and knowledgeable. I cant thank you guys enough for the wonderful experience! Im happy to find a new dentist that is ... read more
That was the worst dental experience I've ever been through. I continually expressed that I was still experiencing pain and was met with a raised voice, frustration, and being told I'm not feeling any pain. At the end of the extraction I was still in incredible pain and the dentist said I should have "let her know it still hurt me" after I had multiple times. That was traumatizing, I have never left a dentist in tears.Â
Felt cheated and scammed,as no one thought it was important to tell us that they no longer were in our network. I found this out after the work was done and had to come out off pocket a whole lot..VERY SHADY AND DISHONEST 😡Â
I referred my friend here after seeing the wonderful reviews on Google and a friend of mine here. I'm not sure if Dr. Joanne Rief was having a bad day but thats no excuse for her lack of professionalism. She saw my friends teeth after her tech set him up and she asked him very loudly for other technicians and patients around to hear "Why are your teeth so bad? Do you do drugs? Are you an alcoholic?" Mind you my friend has NEVER done drugs and barely ever drinks alcohol (maybe once every couple of months). So instead of aski... read more
Horrible place to work for and be a patient at. Dr. Rief tries to find things wrong with your teeth. Fillings are not needed and she does them, anyway. She pushes for more cosmetic because she makes more money. She does not take the conservative approach and her fees are astronomical. She also speaks to her assistants like they are nothing and treats black people poorly. Especially, if you're an employee. It's quite sad and to see a dentist take full advantage of patients and her employees is disgusting. If you're considerin... read more
Horrible. Wish I could give zero stars.Â
I have never had Linda work with me before. I do not want her again. She was using a small brush and hurt me as she pushed it into my gum. That caused something to fall into my throat and cause me to choke. Later, she was using the tool to clean my teeth and when she pulled it out she caught the inside of my lip. Please, never again. I want my previous person back.Â
