Customer service at Crossroads Dental is obviously a top priority!. This is my 3rd visit in the past two weeks and I could not ask for a more kind, professional and courteous service. From the receptionist to the dental hygienist, all were very nice, efficient and prepared if the Doctor requested anything. Dr. Rief is pretty amazing. She is fast, focused, intense and thorough. My experience yesterday was great. Dr. Reif and her entire staff was very friendly and pleasant. I was very scared when I got there but they calmed my fears and talked to me every step of the way. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Dr Rief was an excellent dentist. She was able to save a tooth I didn't want to loose. The dental assistant put me at ease with her conversations. All in all it was a good experience.
This was an outstanding experience. My old tooth filling came out, and Dr.Rief scheduled an appointment in a timely manner. The procedure was painless and very fast........ my bite is back to normal and the tooth has been repaired to my satisfaction....... great job.
Great experience beginning with the welcoming and extremely friendly office managers (Danyelle and Michelle). Nicole, the dental hygienist, is very professional, gentle, and extremely thorough.
