I saw the doctor this time and I had never met this one. He was very nice. I like all the staff (with the exception of a few Counselors). They are all caring and seems to truly care about how your treatment is going.

You guys were very friendly from the very start. I was welcome the very first day that I showed up here and I have no problems with the staff that you guys have. I’m very happy to be in this clinic and I am very pleased with my counselor angel. She is a credit to her profession I like her very much.

I have been a client for about 3 years and have not had one complaint. Everyone is helpful, caring, and courteous!! From Matt checking people in up front to Jamika (the Director) in the back!! And everyone in between like Nathan and Zach who have always been available at the drop of hat and willing to drop what they are doing to listen and that is very important whether you have many years clean or just a day! Crossroads is great! Your counselor is a big part of your recovery and mine is the best. I feel like he truly cares about his clients. He had to be out a little while and I had to see another counselor . He told me as soon as he pulled my file up I just need to get out of the program. But other than the one bad apple it’s been great there.

My treatment at Crossroads Treatment Center has been very good. Everyone on staff has treated me with respect and very professionally. Thanks to crossroads treatment center I’ve gotten life back on track and have not used drugs since March.

The staff { including the Nurses , the Counselors & of course the Security } are always friendly & professional ! ! ! I've always had a good experience ! To conclude , I can't express how much "CrossRoads" means to me & how they pretty much ( saved my life) by getting me off the street & away from being strung out on HERION & CRYSTAL METH 😱😡🤮 ! Everyone there is very caring and makes you feel welcomed no matter what you have been threw and they are always willing to go an extra mile to help.
