I was able to have my appointment over my phone with ZOOM. It was so easy and convenient. But mostly it was safe in regards to Covid-19.

Staff is very professional & friendly. Crossroads is one of the easiest maintenance medication providers I have dealt with. But To be in this program is a privilege because your company doesnt put up with repeated failed drug test like other suboxone providers do... my girlfriend works as a therapist at another suboxone provider in greensburg.we have discussed the idea of your company potentially offering the once or twice a month theropy sessions. The appointment with the doctor was great but I had to wait 45 minutes past my appointment time to be put on the video conference with her.

Staff was very helpful and accommodating in my moment of need and I am thankful for that. The initial intake for myself was originally scheduled almost one week from the day I called but due to a "no-show" I was able to be seen that very same day. For that I am very appreciative. Thank you.
