Really nice and friendly staff every time I come in
I was able to have my appointment over my phone with ZOOM. It was so easy and convenient. But mostly it was safe in regards to Covid-19.
Staff is very professional & friendly. Crossroads is one of the easiest maintenance medication providers I have dealt with. The appointment with the doctor was great but I had to wait 45 minutes past my appointment time to be put on the video conference with her.

Staff was very nice and the doctor was very informative,patient and personable.
Staff was very helpful and accommodating in my moment of need and I am thankful for that. The initial intake for myself was originally scheduled almost one week from the day I called but due to a "no-show" I was able to be seen that very same day. For that I am very appreciative. Thank you.
