Courteous and quick. I had to go to my appt about an hour early due to transportation issues, an the nurses wrote me in, then my Dr called me in for my appt about 45 min early , rather than make me wait until my scheduled time. Thank you.

I like that we have the telehealth sessions and I don't have to go to the office all the time. It's quick and convenient. My prescription gets sent to my pharmacy after each phone session to save me a trip to the office every 2 weeks. I really like the program a lot.

I have always had a great experience with crossroads, from my initial phone call a few years ago til the present. From the C.S.M who makes my appointment, to the receptionist, to the doctor. everyone is always nice and treats me with respect, not like a junkie. I've never felt as tho anyone who works for crossroads acts or treats me as tho I am below them. In the past at other treatment facilities that was how I felt. Not with crossroads. Dr. Bruno is good, I've seen her over a year. I am 3sober 4 years, and only 1.5 I've been on subs. Rehab, sober living in Florida and here we are. Thanks guys..televisits are 100 per day but better. Then you don't have to see rude ass people in office and wait 2 hours.
