I have been going to the Greensburg, PA location for over 4 years. I have been to quite a few of these types of clinics in both Westmoreland and Allegheny counties, and I can honestly say none of them compare to Crossroads. This is a professional, caring, and strict treatment center. When I say strict, I mean, you must attend therapy, you get drug screens every appointment (mouth swabs- pretty hard to decieve when you do it in front of staff) and failed screens come with consequences, as they should. You say "how you did" as if it's over, that kind of scares me as to why you are thinking of me in the past tense..??!! I myself am going to answer from a present state of being. ARS has helped me immensely with the fact of coping with my addictions, actually you have helped me with more than one , until I came to my first appointment at your facility I had no Idea that there were clinics designed with me in mind ! I have an ok experience every visit. The only issue I ever have is the waiting time. More than twice I have waited over an hour and a half to see the doctor

I almost always have a good experience. This time I waited on zoom for 45 minutes then got disconnected. When I called they said I would have to wait til 7pm that night to have an appt. I was lucky that my doctor, that I have been seeing for the past how many months, called me and helped me. I've always had clean tests, always show up, always do counseling. I told them that my pharmacy would be closed by then and it was not going to be a good day but they still didnt do anything but say wait. I like having the same doctor I... read more
