It was kinda weird at first I didn't know what to expect, I walked in to the room and there was no receptionist to check in with and I wasn't sure what I was supposed to do. I sat for awhile and watched other people go into another room so I eventually followed suit and found someone to talk to. She gave me a bunch of paperwork to do and when I was done I was sent to the next room to give a urine sample and take a small test and sign forms. The staff are curtious and knowledgable. The Drs. Are top notch
I was previously a patient at 2 other local facilities. As a relatively new mom with incredibly limited child care options, I was always stressed & dreaded attending 1.5 hour weekly/biweekly group session followed by an additional 45-60 mins spent waiting to see prescribing doctor. I mention this just to provide context as to why I am so incredibly grateful to have found Crossroads. All staff members I've encountered have been polite & accommodating.
Everything went smoothly... My experience was punctual and professional, and all my needs, questions etc.. were taken care of.

I really enjoyed using the zoom app to have my visit
Everyone was very nice and it wasn't like it used to be!! :-)Sometimes I would sit there for a couple hours!! I was there 10 minutes early and I seen the doctor write on my appointment time and I was in and out. Some people don't believe that this is like a regular doctor appointment but it is and we should all treat it as a regular doctor and be respectful.
Was helpful getting recovery done and alot more easily than others
I love this place anytime I call they are super nice and go above and beyond I was at another place for years and I am so happy I came to crossroads
