Did not get a text to sign into zoom with had to call and be put in manually also did not get a text with my next Tele med appointment
The staff at the Greensburg office they have gone above and beyond to show how unprofessional, unorganized and they will show you how vindictive they can be when you inform them that they should not act in that manner. They talk about patients as they exit rooms. Sad environment.. It was well managed about 6 months ago until they just hired new staff. If your looking for compassion and understanding this is NOT the place.

I was on hold for 1 hour and 15 minutes. I had a 815 appointment, and while waiting on the zoom app I called 4 times to office and they just kept saying your soon you will be up soon just behind. So why have an appointment time if can’t keep up with zoom. I missed work because I couldn’t get there on time. I’m ok with 15 to 30 minutes late but come on hour and 15 not ok.
