Well first time I ever had rude staff… I was surprised.. it was 7:55 and lady shut door in my face told me we don’t open til 8… dr came and asked me why I was standing in front of door.. I said they’re closed til 8… it was 8… There is constantly different staff which is not a problem with me… I work and used to go at 7:15am and now they’re not opening til 8 and it’s creating an issue for me.. the woman was rude and was like.. oh well don’t know what to tell you… not til I met with the next lady who told me.. oh you can come ... read more

Fantastic! Dr.Dickum is the most professional doctor I’ve ever been to in the past 6 years of struggling with sublingual suboxone/heroin/fentanyl dependency. Usually my experience is fine. However, yesterday the girls in the office commenced to eating their lunch in the other room while they forgot about me and left me sitting in the waiting room, alone. My appointment time was 10:15. At 11:15 I had to go ask them if they forgot about me. They did. The doctor had logged off the tablet. He was gone, and they couldn’t contact him on the phone. I was very disappointed the i have strived for over a year to be clean and i have stayed clean and now a doctor is trying to tell me i had something in my system and i know for a fact i didn’t and it really upsets me this happened!!
