Staff were friendly and courteous. The nursing staff seemed caring and attentive to my questions. Overall I was impressed on the improvements that have been made.

It’s really not a good time for me to do a review. I have been going less than a week. Some things I have noticed. Derrick is awesome I really look forward to our sessions!! I hate the hearing of the early patients in the morning. But I assume that is mostly due to COVID-19. Also, high risk patients should not have to wait.

My doctor has been wonderful! She genuinely cares about how I am doing in my treatment and makes me feel comfortable to talk with her about any concerns or questions I might have. I feel so fortunate to have found crossroads treatment center!

My council’s are real good at calling me and talking to me. They are very friendly and also tell me what I need to hear.

I love the staff and with the appointment times they've implemented, I am in and out quickly to get my take homes. Also, I especially love my counselor
